DALEEL is the transcription of the Arabic name of “phone directory”. It is a full web platform created by Knowledgeware to make call center business profitable by increasing the traffic on call centers as well as SMS sent to consumers of the service. Classic call centers directed by land line phone operators are usually restricted to phone numbers, addresses, names and activities information requested by calling clients. However, even with this simple scenario, information center services are not always capable of delivering an accurate answer. These directories are subject of a daily changes through commercial operations like local line transfer, address changes, cessation or cancellation. Thus, if the database is not updated permanently, it can lead to wrong information delivery.
